Meet Sarah Dent, our esteemed Head of Property Management, who brings a wealth of experience spanning over two decades within the real estate industry. Since 2005, Sarah has seamlessly transitioned through a myriad of roles, spanning property management, administration and sales. This has given her a strong understanding of the core areas within a real estate business, particularly that of property management.

Sarah's level of career experience, also means that she has seen and handled many complex management and tenancy matters & effectively overseen large property investment portfolios with a pro-active approach to managing - tenancies, arrears management, compliance, maintenance, insurance & legislation updates. Along with ensuring clients' investment returns & growth remain in line with current market conditions. This knowledge forms a foundational portion of the ongoing coaching, best practices, policies & procedures implemented by Sarah to the team.

Sarah's leadership style revolves around genuine care and consistent support for our team. She goes beyond just supervising, serving as a mentor who diligently coaches and empowers her team to realise their full potential. With a hands-on approach, Sarah actively engages with the team, fostering an environment conducive to skill refinement and professional growth.

Drawing from her extensive expertise, Sarah adeptly navigates the intricate landscape of rental laws, including RTA legislation & QCAT proceedings. This ensures that our clients receive exceptional service and have the assurance that their investments are diligently safeguarded by someone well-versed in regulatory intricacies.
